Terms of Service

Last updated: [DATA]

1. Who we are

This service ("PractiCLI", the "Service") is operated by [RAGIONE SOCIALE], [INDIRIZZO], VAT [P.IVA] ("we", "us"). Contact: [EMAIL].

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. The Service

PractiCLI is a browser-based, simulated multi-vendor networking and IT training environment. It simulates command-line behavior for educational purposes; it does not run, distribute, or include any third-party firmware, operating system, or vendor software. See our Legal & Trademark Notice.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are personal and nominal.

5. Purchases, access and billing

Access is sold as a one-time purchase granting use of the Service for a fixed term (for example one month or one year), through our reseller Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record), who issues invoices and handles applicable taxes. The price and the term are shown at checkout. There is no automatic renewal: when the paid term ends, access expires; you may make a new purchase to continue. Access is delivered immediately and in full upon purchase; by completing the purchase and expressly consenting to immediate performance, you acknowledge that the purchase is final. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

6. Free and demo access

A limited free or demo tier may be offered without payment. It may exclude solutions and advanced content and may carry a "DEMO" watermark.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) share, resell, sublicense or provide access to your account to third parties; (b) exceed the device or session limits, or circumvent them; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, extract, or attempt to recover source code, encrypted content, or "solution" data; (d) scrape, copy or redistribute the Service or its content; (e) use the Service unlawfully or to harm the Service or other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, including after automated anomaly detection.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service, its software, user interface, scenarios, exercises, exams, missions, knowledge content, and the encrypted "solution" data are our original works, protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own training for the duration of your plan. No other rights are granted.

9. Third-party names

Third-party product names and technologies referenced for descriptive purposes (for example, to indicate the command-line style being practised) are the trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any such vendor. See the Legal & Trademark Notice.

10. User content

Any labs, notes or configurations you create remain yours; you grant us only the limited rights needed to store and display them to you within the Service.

11. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may change or discontinue features.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The Service is a training simulation and is not a substitute for testing on real equipment; we do not guarantee any certification outcome.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. for fraud, or death/personal injury caused by negligence). Consumer rights that are mandatory under your local law are not affected.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or legal reasons. On termination, your licence ends and access to paid content ceases; a purchase already made remains final (see section 5).

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.

16. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply. Subject to those rules, the courts of [FORO] have jurisdiction.
